Small and medium businesses are exactly who we are set up for. A single shop, a two-floor office or a small industrial unit is normal work for us, and we would rather specify the right small system than sell you something oversized.
How quickly can you get to a fault in Bristol?
For maintenance customers we operate a 24/7/365 emergency call-out and, being city-centre based, we are usually on site within a couple of hours. Non-urgent faults are typically attended the same or next working day.
Can you take over a system another company installed?
Yes. We take on existing fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control from other contractors regularly. We survey the system, tell you honestly what condition it is in, and put the logbook and certification straight.
