We provide fire safety and security system services including but not limited to:

• Fire alarm system design, installation, and maintenance
• CCTV surveillance system installation
• Access control systems
• Intruder alarm systems
• Emergency lighting installation and testing
• Integrated fire and security solutions

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to site survey and may be adjusted based on actual conditions found. All prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated.

4. Warranty and Liability

All installations are carried out in accordance with relevant British Standards and manufacturer guidelines. We provide warranty on workmanship as specified in individual contracts. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Standards & Competence

All work is carried out by competent engineers in accordance with the relevant British Standards, including BS 5839-1, BS 5266-1 and BS EN 50131 where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property ofAffinity Fire & Security and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

7. Governing Law
